STRATEGY CREATION OR AUDIT

If your team needs to create or refine their existing community strategy, we can partner with you to do a facilitated step-back. Together, we will identify root problems to solve, conduct research, align your organizational and member needs, and brainstorm ideas. The end result of this strategic work is a roadmap for your community roll-out or refinement.

+ ADVISORY IMPLEMENTATION

As an optional add-on to the strategy services, we offer advisory services to help lead you through implementation. We help you leap over roadblocks, communicate community vision to designers and developers, and keep projects moving smoothly. Note: we don’t do technical implementation, but we can work closely with any vendors you hire. Plus, we have a number of excellent referrals we can send your way too!

We've written the book on community software platforms (literally, two of them!). We can assess your needs, take all the guesswork out of the process, and save you months of headaches and dead-end sales calls with community platform providers.*
